St. A's Athletics Overview
At St. Athanasius, sports are a fun and integral part of our students’ growth, spirit and camaraderie. Our Athletics Program develops individual character, leadership and good sportsmanship. Our school competes in the Council II-3A Catholic League of the North Shore. We also utilize programs connected to the Evanston Recreation Department.
Cheerleading, Boys Tackle Football, Boys and Girls Volleyball, Boys and Girls Basketball, Track and Field, and Cross Country are all within the Council II-3A League. We also participate in the Evanston Recreation League for Co-Ed Flag Football and Basketball.
