Choir
Program Overview
Choir is an activity for girls and boys in grades 3 - 8 that begins the second week of September and runs throughout the school year. Practices are Wednesday mornings at 7:30AM and once a month on Thursdays during recess. St. Athanasius School Choir sings at most Wednesday all-school masses, the annual Christmas Concert, several Parish weekend masses, and at ad hoc events throughout the year, such as Christmas caroling and Wolves hockey games. Students have opportunities to share musical gifts as soloists and in small ensembles.
How to Get Involved
Parents of 3rd - 8th grade students receive an email at the beginning of the school year from St. A's administration to start the sign-up process. Students can also talk to Mrs. McClean and express interest during music class.
Our Choir Director
Choir is led by Mrs. Emma McLean, who in addition to being a talented life-long musician herself, also runs the music program at St. Athanasius School, and has organized many of the school's annual Christmas Concerts.
We need more volunteer coaches for spring athletics!
We are looking for additional coaches for the following teams:
